Resource Points represent one portion of the cost of putting a card into play in the Hex TCG, with the other portion being Threshold cost. Each card, with the exception of Basic Resource Cards, will have a cost in it's upper left corner (see example card below). To put that card into play you must have enough resource points that turn to pay that cost. Resource points are gained through playing Basic Resource Cards, with one point gained for each one played. You may only play one Basic Resource Card per turn, Resource points accumulate through the game as you play and you spend resource points through the course of your turn. At the beginning of your next turn, any resource points used the prior turn are restored, and can be spent again.
